Objective / Purpose
The central objective or purpose of this association is to work for the socio-economic and cultural needs, welfare and the national needs of the Muslim Employees and their families, the Muslim community and the general society in the state of Karnataka and to safeguard their dignity and rightful wellbeing.

Article 25 to 28 of the constitution of India guarantees the right of Freedom of religion.
Article 25: Freedom of conscience and free profession, practice and propagation of religion.
Article 26:Freedom to manage religious affairs.
Article 27:Freedom as to payment of taxes for promotion of any particular religion.
Article 28: Freedom as to attendance at religious instruction or religious worship in certain education institutions.

🌹THIRD STATE LEVEL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING INVITATION🌹
Dear Esteemed Members of KSAME,
Assalam alaikum w.r.w.b,
With immense pleasure I would love to do my duty to invite you to the Third State Annual General Meeting of all KSAME life members and eligible Annual members ( who had renewed their membership) for the year 2020.
With the Grace of Almighty Allah (swt), this Second Annual meeting has been scheduled on Sunday, September 27, 2020 from 11 a.m-1:30pm through Google Meet Online meeting app available in both Play store and app store, InSha Allah swt.

NOMENCLATURE
The name of this association is KARNATAKA STATE ASSOCIATION OF MUSLIM EMPLOYEES (KSAME) in English and Karnataka Rajya Muslim Naukarara Sangha (Ka. Ra. Mu. Nu.Sa.) in Kannada ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘ (ನೋಂ.) And in Urdu ریاستِ کرناٹک مسلم ایملائس اسوسی ایشن (Riyasath-e-Karnatak Muslim Employees Association) under the Karnataka (Societies Registration) Act No. 17 of 1960, a community based not-for-profit cultural and welfare Society.
Cultural & Educational Rights in Indian Constitution
Both Article 29 and Article 30 of the Indian constitution guarantee certain right to the minorities. Article 29 protects the interests of the minorities by making a provision that any citizen / section of citizens having a distinct language, script or culture have the right to conserve the same. Article 29 mandates that no discrimination would be done on the ground of religion, race, caste, language or any of them. Article 30 mandates that all minorities, whether based on religion or language, shall have the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice. Article 30 is called a Charter of Education Rights.
