The central objective or purpose of this association is to work for the socio-economic and cultural needs, welfare and the national needs of the Muslim Employees and their families, the Muslim community and the general society in the state of Karnataka and to safeguard their dignity and rightful wellbeing.

🌹THIRD STATE LEVEL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING INVITATION🌹

Dear Esteemed Members of KSAME,

Assalam alaikum w.r.w.b,

          With respect to the above subject, our Association KSAME, which was registered under the Karnataka Act No. 17 of 1960 in the month of November-2016, which has been built to serve the Muslim Employees of the State of Karnataka, their families, community and society at large by coming together on a platform, has planned to conduct its year 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of  all eligible members Online.

         With immense pleasure I would love to do my duty to invite you to the Third State Annual General Meeting of all KSAME life members and eligible Annual members ( who had renewed their membership) for the year 2020.

        With the Grace of Almighty Allah (swt), this Second Annual meeting has been scheduled on Sunday, September  27, 2020 from 11 a.m-1:30pm through Google Meet Online meeting app available in both Play store and app store, InSha Allah  swt.

        In this regard, I request you to kindly attend and participate in the said meeting as joining hands together will make each one of our members feel stronger and motivated to achieve the objectives together for which this Association has been formed.

2. Minutes of First AGM
3. Annual report by the General Secretary.
4. Presentation of audit Accounts for FY 2019-20 by the Treasurer
5. Suggestions from Members for the development of the Association.
6. Changes in the Governing body –if desired.
7. Interaction with the Members.
10. Preparation of Annual action plan.
11. Any other matter with permission of the chair.
