• The SGC shall govern all the activities of the association and shall decide on various forms, receipts, formats, means, etc necessitated for the functioning of the association and shall frame and/or decide on rule/s and/or regulations from time to time to attain the object/s.
  • The SGC members strength can be increased or decreased but shall not exceed 70(seventy) members and similarly the Office bearer/s and the new office bearer post/s shall be created on need basis to make the SGC more representative of all the Divisions and/or Districts and/or for organizational needs.
  • The Governing bodies are the State Governing Council (or SGC), District Governing Council/s (or DGC/s) , the Taluk Governing Council/s (or TGC/s);
  • There shall be the Divisional Committee/s (or DC) for each of the divisions of the state.
  • The Governing council can nominate or co-opt member/s (Life or Annual) and/or honorary member/s to its Governing body, who can take part as a normal member in the Governing council and/or can be given any responsibility and/or office.
  • The DCs, DGC and TGC shall have members not exceeding 25 (Twenty five) as notified by the SGC from time to time.
  • The Strength of DC/s, DGC/s and TGC/s to be decided by the SGC and shall be normally be the uniform for all except in the exceptional circumstances/requirements.
  • The SGC shall take steps to form as many as DGCs and TGCs
  • The SGC shall form the DCs by nominating or selecting or co-opting members from the different districts of the respective divisions.
  • All the Governing bodies and Committees to function and act as per the Association byelaws.
  • All the Governing Councils and committees shall meet monthly once or at least once in three months with total of minimum four meetings in a calendar year on the date/time/day/week as decided in their meeting.
  • The Governing Councils shall take steps to register new Members in the state.
