a. The President shall be ex-officio member of all Committees. President shall, when present, preside at all meetings of the Association and Governing Council. In absence of the President, the Vice-President shall preside at any such meetings. In the absence of both, a chairperson may be elected at the meeting to preside.
b. Divisional Committees: Four Divisional Committees shall be formed, namely Kalburgi (Gulbarga), Belagavi(Belgaum), Mysuru(Mysore) and Bengaluru(Bangalore).
(i) Bengaluru Division:
Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, Ramanagar, Kolar, Chickballapur, Tumkur, Davangere, Chitradurga and Shimoga
(ii) Belagavi Division:
Belgaum, Dharawad, Bijapur, Bagalkot, Uttar Kannada (Karwar), Haveri and Gadag.
(iii) Kalburgi Division:
Gulbarga, Bidar, Raichur, Koppal and Bellary.
(iv) Mysuru Division:
Mysore, Mandya, Hassan, Chickmagalur, Dakshina Kannada ( Mangalore), Udupi, Kodagu and Chamaraja Nagar
(Note: The Number of Divisions and districts in the divisions can be modified in the SGC)

Committees

Composition
Chairmen/ Chairperson and Members of each Divisional Committee shall be appointed by the State President with consultation of the SGC from among the Association members.

Duties
A. The divisional committee shall develop and coordinate program/s or programme/s for the Association of their respective divisions.
B. The Chairman/chairperson shall send periodic assessment reports (normally six month once) to the SGC regarding the Working and activities of the various districts in his/her division with recommendations. -
Constitution and Chairmanship
The President shall constitute any number of Committees in consultation with the Governing Council for fulfilling the objective/s of the association and appoint chairman/ chairperson and members for the same from among the Association members and/or other needed personalities by co-opting or by nomination/s.
Main Objective / Purpose

The central objective or purpose of this association shall be to work for the socio-economic and cultural needs, welfare and the national needs of the Muslim Employees and their families, the Muslim community and the general society in the state of Karnataka and to safeguard their dignity and rightful wellbeing.
